The dispersing disc structure is integrated with the rod-pin structure. After the dispersing disc is roughened at the front end of the material, the rod-pin turbine rotor is used for fine grinding. Therefore, different linear speeds can be used for segmental grinding in the grinding chamber, with higher grinding efficiency and fineness than ordinary models.

(1) discharging speed: the discharging area of the discharging screen ring is several times larger than the discharging area of the inside and outside scraper gap, and the discharging speed is faster.
(2) grinding efficiency: the turbine rotor is equipped with rod pin, which can form a fine dividing grinding with the dispersion disc, and the efficiency is higher than that of conventional dispersion disc models.
(3) grinding fineness: due to the use of the turbine rotor and a large area of discharge screen ring discharge, the diameter of the selected grinding bead can be greatly reduced, the smallest can use 0.4-0.6mm zirconia bead. With the same volume, the diameter of the grinding bead decreases, the number of impact and shear increases, and the grinding efficiency increases greatly.
In addition, because the beads are used smaller, it is more conducive to the grinding and shearing of the tiny particles in the material, which can effectively improve the grinding fineness.
(4) protective seal: the middle of the machine body is used for feeding and the back end is used for discharging. The pressure inside the grinding chamber is opposite to that of the mechanical seal, which can greatly reduce the pressure damage to the seal caused by the materials in the grinding room and the grinding beads
