II. How to determine the loading amount:

The loading amount of the grinding medium in the horizontal sand mill is about 85% of the volume of the cylinder. The specific loading amount should be determined according to the particle size of the medium, the sensitivity of the material to the temperature, and the material species and other factors.If the temperature is too high during production, the loading amount should be reduced to control the grinding temperature within the ideal range. If the outlet temperature of the product is too low, the grinding medium can be gradually added before increasing the speed to improve the efficiency.

III. Replacement and addition of grinding medium:

In order to achieve the best efficiency, the grinding medium in use should be replaced and added at the right time, the broken part should be removed, and the corresponding new medium should be added.Its service life should be according to different types of materials to explore the rule, timely replacement add.

IV. Factors affecting service life:

1. Material viscosity: it is recommended to increase the material viscosity as much as possible under the permitted conditions to reduce the abrasion.

2. Rotation speed: the higher the rotation speed of the dispersion axis, the faster the wear.

3. Empty load: try to shorten the time when cleaning the medium of the cylinder, and do not open an empty car before no material enters the cylinder.

4. Dispersibility of the material itself: the high hardness of the material itself not only affects the life of the grinding medium, but also affects the life of the cylinder and the dispersing disc.
